Dr. Lynette Parker is the Founder of ReSource Education Consulting and an experienced education researcher specializing in program evaluation, policy analysis, and strategic research in education systems.

Dr. Parker previously served as a Senior Researcher at Digital Promise, where she conducted research and program evaluations focused on education innovation and technology-enabled learning initiatives. She also served as the Director of Research and Evaluation at Excellence Community Schools in New York, leading evaluation and research efforts designed to improve school performance and student outcomes.

With over 30 years of experience in education, Dr. Parker brings a unique perspective as both an educator and researcher. Her work focuses on helping organizations understand whether their programs and policies are producing meaningful results and how data-driven insights can strengthen educational impact.
